This project is initiated by volunteers, and absolutely depends on the efforts and enthusiasms of local people who want to help build the project in a variety of different ways. We are particularly looking for volunteers for our:
Events Team
The Kennington Chartist Project stand will be appearing this spring and summer at other local events and we need volunteers to help run the stand, talk to people about the project, and help collect ideas for our open call project. Don’t worry if you don’t know anything about the Chartists – you soon will! Mainly weekends see events
We particularly need help for our 7th of July day of Chartist Workshops and Participation and Action in Kennington Park.
July 7th from 11am–4pm. Volunteers needed 8am–7pm.
